The construction of the restaurant itself was in old Moroccan style, with large spaces meant for lavish feasts and live performances-a notable attraction being the Fantasia horse show. A Moroccan businessman Called Ali Benfallah is the founder of Chez Ali, one of the most prestigious restaurants and cultural experiences near Marrakech. He sought to make a venue that encapsulated Moroccan culture, hospitality, and tradition.
His vision included an experience where guests could enjoy Moroccan cuisine, listen to traditional music, enjoy traditional dancing, and appreciate some awe-inspiring Fantasia horse shows.
Ali Benfallah therefore had the hospitality background to influence the creation of Chez Ali, coupled with a personal passion for his heritage.

Chez Ali Restaurant Concept
Chez Ali Restaurant is the biggest restaurant in Marrakech, It can hold up to 6,200 people at a time for special events.
The normal amount of people that visit the restaurant on a day-to-day basis is 20,000 ,Ten tables each have a tent that can hold anywhere between 80 and 100 people. After the different Moroccan regions such as Doukkala, Haouz, and Rissani, the tents were given their names by the founder of Chez Ali.
With such open space and flexible arrangements, the places can host anything from small private gatherings to weddings, corporations, and group trips.
